Mind Adventures
Creating stories inspired by Sri Lankan people and events
Inspired by events and people in our country, we are committed to creating and staging original work that explores socio-political concepts in a compelling and engaging manner.
Established in 1999 by Artistic Director Tracy Holsinger, Mind Adventures productions have been supported by Sri Lanka’s Office for National Unity and Reconciliation, The UNFPA, The Neelan Thiruchelvam Trust, the governments of Switzerland and Germany, The British Council and by renowned philanthropist Sunethra Bandaranaike.
Mind Adventures also runs a workshop project that focuses on teaching critical thinking skills, employing drama therapy techniques and creating performances with youth around the country.
Mind Adventures has toured Sri Lanka and India with original productions and has been featured at international arts festivals such as the The Hindu newspaper's Metroplus festival, the Galle Literary Festival and Colomboscope.
